Polygon geometric features created to represent buildings visible in the PAPHIL15-LEAF-OFF imagery.Data DevelopmentData was captured from AccuPLUS Orthomosaic tiles created off PAPHIL15-LEAF-OFF imagery, flown by Pictometry. Decks are included within the building outline polygon. Key attribute field names and descriptionsPRIMARYIND: Field Type –Double; Unique Identifier for building outlinePARCEL: Field Type -String; The name of this field will match the associated field in the client’s parcel file (as identified by the client) and will contain the associate record ID. This field will be blank for clients that do not provide an electronic parcel file for processingFCODE: Field Type –String; Identifies the feature type by code. Purpose:
Building roof outlines to be generated off the 2015 Leaf-Off 3” AccuPLUS Imagery. Outlines represent the building roof visible within the imagery. Alignment of outlines takes into account building lean (so building outlines may have been shifted to the base of the building in order to account for lean). All buildings, institutions, and tanks to be captured as individual polygon features. Decks are included within the building outline polygon. Structures with multiple owners (such a row houses) collected as an individual shapes for each section snapped to the neighboring structure. Heights and elevation to be attributed separately for each structure from 2015 LiDAR data capture – see LiDAR Based Mapping – Misc product description. ConditionsThe Building Outline Creation service is conducted based on the information visible in the following:For clients that have purchased and are using their Pictometry Imagery - the most nadir, orthorectified, orthogonal frame image will be used for processing. Additionally, oblique imagery from the same year/flight will be used to verify outline accuracy. If Pictometry AccuPLUS™ imagery has been purchased, the AccuPLUS orthomosaic tiles from the same year/flight will be used for processing the project.For clients that are providing third-party imagery, the previously approved orthomosiac tiles will be used for processing. Specifications are based on 12-inch (30 cm) or better ground sample distance (GSD) Pictometry-acquired imagery. Better GSD orthorectified, orthogonal imagery will result in more accurate Building Outlines.
